Shipping Policy
We use the USPS (US Postal Service) and are happy to offer several
different shipping options to suit your needs. The estimated shipping
times offered for each option are estimates only. Once your order
is received, we will ship the following business day to the specified
address. Erickson Labs Northwest is not responsible for shipping
delays that may occur due to USPS delays, customs delays, insufficient
addresses or other unforeseeable circumstances.
Please note: Global Express Guaranteed does not allow shipment
to PO Boxes.
Return Policy
As our products are medical supplies, we are not able to accept
returns on opened products. You may return sealed items for a
refund of the purchase price within 30 days of order date. Shipping
and handling fees are not refundable.
Refunds are not given due to shipping delays, please review the
shipping policy for details.
We will be happy to offer replacements on defective products.
We will pay for return shipping for any defective products or
order filling errors.
